2022 Michigan Bridge Week Registration

$100/per day (virtual or in-person)

Day 1 (In-person) ctt.nonprofitsoapbox.com/2022bridge1 Day 1 - in-person, kicks off with breakfast and registration at 7:00 am. Join us for exciting updates from MDOT, FHWA, and TAMC; and in-depth sessions on bridge projects, sheet pile abutments, automated permitting and 3D BIM Modeling. Breakfast and lunch are included for in-person.
Day 1 (Virtual) ctt.nonprofitsoapbox.com/2022bridge1virtual Day 1- virtual, kicks off with a welcome and MDOT update at 8:00 am. Join us for exciting updates from MDOT, FHWA, and TAMC; and in-depth sessions on bridge projects, sheet pile abutments, automated permitting and 3D BIM Modeling. 
 
Day 2 (In-person) ctt.nonprofitsoapbox.com/2022bridge2 Day 2 In-Person begins with a hybrid workshop in the morning, and gives in-person attendees the option to focus on implementing QC/QA or diving into prestressed concrete theory in the afternoon. Breakfast and lunch are included.
Day 2 (Virtual) ctt.nonprofitsoapbox.com/2022bridge2virtual Day 2 - virtual begins with a hybrid workshop in the morning and dives into prestressed concrete theory in the afternoon. 
Day 3 (In-person) ctt.nonprofitsoapbox.com/2022bridge3

Day 3 - In-person gives attendees the option of Track A: Sheet Pile Design Workshop (morning), and Two-span Steel Plate Girder Bridge Design Workshop (afternoon); or, Track B: Bridge Maintenance Workshop - Part 1 (morning), Part 2 (afternoon). Breakfast and lunch are included.

Day 3 (Virtual) ctt.nonprofitsoapbox.com/2022bridge3virtual Day 3 - Virtual sets attendees on our Hybrid track: Track B: Bridge Maintenance Workshop - Part 1 (morning), Part 2 (afternoon).

REGISTRATION FOR BRIDGE WEEK

Join us for the Michigan Bridge Week in 2022! The event flyer lists presentations, speakers, and location details for the Michigan Bridge Week.

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions for the specific event (on-site or virtual)
  • Event handouts and other materials (hard copy or digital) for that day
  • Food and refreshments for meals and breaks listed in the agenda for that day (if applicable; meals for in-person attendees only)

For on-site events, registration does not include accommodations; the event flyer will contain details on accommodations that are available for participants. Please notify us in advance if you have special dietary needs. NOTE: Michigan Tech reserves the right to use any pictures taken during this event for advertising and/or instructional purposes.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: No-shows and cancellations within three business days prior to the event will be charged the full registration fee. Substitutions will be accepted.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Michigan Bridge Week will count for instructional hours for continuing education for professional engineers. The number of hours will be noted in the event flyer. The CTT’s continuing education policy is available at ctt.mtu.edu/continuingeducation.

 

 

MTU-CEE ALUMNI & FRIENDS EVENT

The Michigan Technological University Department of Civil, Environmental and Geospatial Engineering typically offers an alumni and friends gathering concurrently with Michigan Bridge Week events. This is a separate event hosted concurrent to the event. Stay tuned for more information.
